gefroren oder kryokonserviert. In IREMA f\u00fchren wir eine Einfrier-Routine vor In-Vitro-Fertilisation Zyklen durch. Dies vermeidet unerwartete Vorf\u00e4lle und beruhigt das Paar insofern, weil die Probe somit bereits abgegeben worden ist, da es manchmal am Tage der Befruchtung nicht m\u00f6glich ist, eine Samenprobe zu hinterlassen.<\/p><p>Auch erfolgt die Kryokonservierung bei Patienten, die mit Strahlentherapie oder Chemotherapie in Behandlung sind. In einigen F\u00e4llen kann dies zur Sterilit\u00e4t f\u00fchren.<\/p><p>Der Mann kann sich auf diese Weise die M\u00f6glichkeit des Kinderwunsches nach \u00fcberwundener Krankheit absichern. Die Proben k\u00f6nnen auf unbestimmte Zeit eingefroren werden, ohne dass diese jegliche Sch\u00e4den erleiden.<\/p><p>Ebenso wird die Einfrierung bei Patienten mit Vasektomie durchgef\u00fchrt.
