normal ist. Es besteht aus der genetischen Studie der Embryonen, um nur gesunde Embryonen einzupflanzen. Sie wird bei Patientinnen mit chromosomalen Ver\u00e4nderungen\u00a0 angewendet, um eine Erbkrankheit zu vermeiden. Au\u00dferdem wird diese Diagnostik angewendet, wenn die Mutter \u00e4lter als 35 Jahre ist, weil der F\u00f6tus eine h\u00f6here Wahrscheinlichkeit von Chromosomen-Anomalien besitzt, wie beim Down-Syndrom.<\/p><p>Im achten Zellenstadium werden dem Embryo zwei Zellen entnommen; das heisst am dritten Tag der Befruchtung. Diese werden mit zwei Techniken im Labor untersucht: Fluoreszenz \u201cin situ\u201d Hybridisierung (FISH) oder Polimerase-Chain-Reaction (PCR). Nach ein paar Stunden erhalten wir das Ergebnis des genetischen\u00a0\u00a0Zustandes des Embryos: Daraufhin folgt dann die Embryonen\u00fcbertragung mit normalen
