In-vitro-Fertilisationszyklus mit Spermien-Mikroinjektion<strong>(ICSI<\/strong>) unterzieht, aber mit besonderem Augenmerk auf Paare mit <strong>oligo-terato-asthenozoospermischen<\/strong> Spermaproben und auf Patienten mit fr\u00fcheren <strong>IVF-Fehlschl\u00e4gen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Die <strong>IMSI<\/strong> kann die <strong>MACS<\/strong> bei schwerer m\u00e4nnlicher Unfruchtbarkeit erg\u00e4nzen, da die MACS Spermien ausw\u00e4hlt, die keine Membranmarker aufweisen, die auf eine Ver\u00e4nderung der Spermien hindeuten, w\u00e4hrend die <strong>IMSI<\/strong> die Spermien ausw\u00e4hlt, die morphologisch besser f\u00fcr eine <strong>Befruchtung<\/strong> geeignet
