Alkiodiagnostiikka suositaan my\u00f6s naisille jotka ovat yli 35 vuoden ik\u00e4isi\u00e4, siksi ett\u00e4 vaara ett\u00e4 siki\u00f6ll\u00e4 voisi olla kromosomimuutoksia on paljon suurempi.
