Vaikka 8,1 ylitt\u00e4v\u00e4 arvo ei ole todistettu olevan huonoa se voi tarkoittaa ett\u00e4 henkil\u00f6ll\u00e4 on sukupuolielinten infektio.<\/p><p><strong>M\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4 (volyymi)<\/strong>: Siemennesteen m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4 on oltava yli 2 ml. Jos n\u00e4in ei ole henkil\u00f6 k\u00e4rsii hypospermiasta. Mahdollisia syit\u00e4 voi olla infektio, joka aiheuttaa tukkeuman, synnynn\u00e4inen ep\u00e4muodostuma siemenjohtimessa tai taantumuksellinen siemensy\u00f6ksy.<\/p><p><strong>Nesteytys<\/strong>: Hetkess\u00e4 heti kokeen ker\u00e4\u00e4misen j\u00e4lkeen siemenneste on hyytyneess\u00e4 vaiheessa ja on j\u00e4tett\u00e4v\u00e4 nesteytym\u00e4\u00e4n, jotta sit\u00e4 voidaan tutkia. Jos pitoisuus on normaalia alempi t\u00e4t\u00e4 luokitellaan seuraavalla tavalla:<\/p><ul><li>kohtalainen oligozoospermia: 10 ja 20 miljoonaa\/ml:n v\u00e4lill\u00e4<\/li><li>vaikea oligozoospermia: 0,1 ja 10 miljoonaa\/ml:n v\u00e4lill\u00e4<\/li><li>criptozoospermia: v\u00e4hemm\u00e4n kuin 0,1 miljoonaa\/ml<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Liikkuvuus<\/strong>: Liikkuvuutta tutkitaan mikroskoopissa ja sit\u00e4 voidaan luokitella seuraavalla tavalla:<\/p><ul><li>luokka a) erinomainen. Siitti\u00f6t liikkuvat nopeasti eteenp\u00e4in suorissa viivoissa (my\u00f6s luokiteltu +++)<\/li><li>luokka b) kohtalainen. Siitti\u00f6t liikkuvat vaiheittain kohtalaisesti suorissa viivoissa (my\u00f6s luokiteltu ++)<\/li><li>luokka c) siitti\u00f6t eiv\u00e4t liiku progressiivisella nopeudella eik\u00e4 suorissa linjoissa (my\u00f6s luokiteltu ++) t\u00e4h\u00e4n luokkaan lasketaan my\u00f6s siitti\u00f6it\u00e4 jotka melkein eiv\u00e4t liiku ollenkaan (my\u00f6s luokiteltu +).<\/li><li>luokka d) kokonaan puuttuva liikkuvuus.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Elinkelpoisuus ja elinvoima<\/strong>: Elinkelpoisuus kertoo meille montako siitti\u00f6t\u00e4 on elossa vaikka eiv\u00e4t liikkuisikaan.
