Le sperme est trait\u00e9 en laboratoire. Il est \u00ab\u00a0lav\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb ou condens\u00e9 afin de s\u00e9parer les spermatozo\u00efdes du liquide s\u00e9minal et de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le plus grand nombre possible de spermatozo\u00efdes mobiles. L&rsquo;ins\u00e9mination artificielle est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 travers le col de l&rsquo;ut\u00e9rus dans le cabinet du m\u00e9decin \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une canule tr\u00e8s fine. Elle ne dure que quelques minutes.  <\/p>\n<p>Pour que l&rsquo;ins\u00e9mination artificielle soit r\u00e9ussie, les trompes doivent \u00eatre perm\u00e9ables et ne pas \u00eatre obstru\u00e9es. Dans les deux cas, l&rsquo;objectif est de contr\u00f4ler le cycle menstruel de la femme, afin que le sperme soit d\u00e9pos\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;ut\u00e9rus au moment o\u00f9 l&rsquo;ovule est lib\u00e9r\u00e9, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire \u00e0 un moment proche de l&rsquo;ovulation. Il existe cependant des proc\u00e9dures plus complexes, dont les chances de succ\u00e8s sont encore plus grandes, et qui sont utilis\u00e9es dans des circonstances gestationnelles plus difficiles, comme la f\u00e9condation in vitro et l&rsquo;ICSI. wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Cette m\u00e9thode est utilis\u00e9e <strong>lorsque le sperme du couple est apte \u00e0 la procr\u00e9ation<\/strong>, mais qu&rsquo;il existe un probl\u00e8me physiologique, tant pour la femme que pour l&rsquo;homme, <strong>qui rend impossible la gestation par le biais de rapports sexuels<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les causes qui peuvent entra\u00eener le recours \u00e0 la STI sont notamment les suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complications li\u00e9es au d\u00e9p\u00f4t de sperme dans le vagin.<\/li>\n<li>Infertilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;origine cervicale, due \u00e0 des causes g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques, d\u00e9riv\u00e9e de dysfonctionnements ovulatoires ou sans cause apparente.<\/li>\n<li>Alt\u00e9rations du s\u00e9minogramme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En ce qui concerne le processus des IAC, les phases du traitement sont les suivantes :<\/p>\n<div class=\"container vc_container vc_custom_1533804748420 \">\n<div Les principaux b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de l&rsquo;AID sont donc les couples infertiles, les couples de m\u00eame sexe et les m\u00e8res c\u00e9libataires. <\/p>\n<p>Hormis le changement apport\u00e9 \u00e0 la collecte de sperme, les autres \u00e9tapes du processus d&rsquo;ins\u00e9mination artificielle co\u00efncident avec celles de l&rsquo;AIH. Les donneurs proviennent de notre propre banque de sperme, et nous travaillons \u00e9galement avec des banques de sperme collaboratrices au cas o\u00f9 nous aurions besoin d&rsquo;un ph\u00e9notype sp\u00e9cial que nous ne poss\u00e9dons pas \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0. Les donneurs de sperme sont s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s rigoureuse ; les \u00e9chantillons de sperme sont soumis \u00e0 des contr\u00f4les de qualit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s exigeants et les donneurs sont \u00e9tudi\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re exhaustive. Il est particuli\u00e8rement important de rappeler que le donneur de sperme est totalement anonyme en Espagne, de sorte que ni le patient ni le donneur ne peuvent jamais conna\u00eetre l&rsquo;identit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;autre.   <\/p>\n<p>Dans le cas d&rsquo;un traitement d&rsquo;ins\u00e9mination avec sperme de donneur dans un h\u00f4pital public, nous pouvons envoyer l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon le jour indiqu\u00e9. Il existe des h\u00f4pitaux publics, comme l&rsquo;h\u00f4pital de la Marina Alta de Denia (Marina Salud) ou l&rsquo;h\u00f4pital Comarcal de Gand\u00eda (Francesc de Borja), qui ne disposent pas d&rsquo;une banque de sperme et qui doivent faire appel \u00e0 une banque externe comme la n\u00f4tre.
