l\u2019embryon. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une \u00e9tude g\u00e9n\u00e9tique qui permet de ne transf\u00e9rer que les embryons sains. Le diagnostic est indiqu\u00e9 chez les patients ayant des ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents familiaux de maladies chromosomiques ou g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques , \u00e9vitant de cette fa\u00e7on la transmission de pathologies h\u00e9r\u00e9ditaires.<\/p><p>On le conseille \u00e9galement quand l\u2019\u00e2ge de la m\u00e8re est \u00e9gal ou sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 35 ans ,car il existe une probabilit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e d\u2019anomalies chromosomiques.<\/p><p>L\u2019analyse consiste \u00e0 pr\u00e9lever deux cellules de l\u2019embryon lorsque celui-ci a huit cellules, (ceci sans compromettre sa sant\u00e9), le troisi\u00e8me jour apr\u00e8s la f\u00e9condation.<\/p><p>Ces cellules extraites sont \u00e9tudi\u00e9es en laboratoire au moyen de deux techniques: Hybridation in situ de fluorescence (FISH) ou r\u00e9action en cha\u00eene de Polimerase (PCR). En quelques heures nous obtenons le r\u00e9sultat de l\u2019\u00e9tat g\u00e9n\u00e9tique des embryons, et \u00e0 ce moment peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e la transplantation des embryons
