cycle de f\u00e9condation in vitro avec micro-injection de spermatozo\u00efdes<strong>(ICSI)<\/strong>, mais avec une attention particuli\u00e8re pour les couples ayant des \u00e9chantillons de spermatozo\u00efdes <strong>oligo-t\u00e9rato-asth\u00e9nozoospermiques<\/strong>, et pour les patients ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 subi des \u00e9checs de <strong>FIV<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;<strong>IMSI<\/strong> peut compl\u00e9ter la <strong>MACS<\/strong> en cas d&rsquo;infertilit\u00e9 masculine grave, car cette derni\u00e8re s\u00e9lectionne les spermatozo\u00efdes sans la pr\u00e9sence de marqueurs membranaires indiquant une quelconque alt\u00e9ration des spermatozo\u00efdes et l&rsquo;<strong>IMSI<\/strong> s\u00e9lectionne ceux qui sont morphologiquement meilleurs pour la
