Ez a legfontosabb vizsg\u00e1lat a f\u00e9rfi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irema.org\/hu\/diagnosztikai-vizsgalatok\/termekenysegi-tanulmany\/\">term\u00e9kenys\u00e9g tanulm\u00e1nyoz\u00e1s\u00e1hoz<\/a>. Makroszk\u00f3posan \u00e9s mikroszk\u00f3posan v\u00e9gzik. Olyan param\u00e9tereket elemeznek, mint a pH, a t\u00e9rfogat, a cseppfoly\u00f3sod\u00e1s, a viszkozit\u00e1s, a sz\u00e1m, a motilit\u00e1s, az \u00e9letk\u00e9pess\u00e9g \u00e9s a morfol\u00f3gia. Az alacsonyabb t\u00e9rfogat genit\u00e1lis fert\u0151z\u00e9s, velesz\u00fcletett vas deferens rendelleness\u00e9g vagy retrogr\u00e1d ejakul\u00e1ci\u00f3 okozta elz\u00e1r\u00f3d\u00e1sra utalhat.  <\/p><p><strong>Foly\u00f3s\u00edt\u00e1s: <\/strong>a minta begy\u0171jt\u00e9sekor a minta alvadt \u00e1llapotban van, \u00e9s a vizsg\u00e1lat folytat\u00e1s\u00e1hoz foly\u00f3s\u00edtani kell. A cseppfoly\u00f3s\u00edt\u00e1s 20-30 perc eltelt\u00e9vel k\u00f6vetkezik be. Ha ez nem k\u00f6vetkezik be, az valamilyen prosztata m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9si zavarra utalhat.  <\/p><p><strong>Viszkozit\u00e1s: A cseppfoly\u00f3s\u00edtott <\/strong>sperm\u00e1nak kiss\u00e9 viszk\u00f3zusabbnak kell lennie, mint a v\u00edznek. Ha a minta er\u0151sen viszk\u00f3zus, az prosztata m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9si zavar, gyakori mag\u00f6ml\u00e9s \u00e9s\/vagy a p\u00e1ciens pszich\u00e9s \u00e1llapota lehet az oka. Ez a megn\u00f6vekedett viszkozit\u00e1s nem k\u00f6zvetlen oka a medd\u0151s\u00e9gnek, de befoly\u00e1solhatja a k\u00e9s\u0151bbi spermaelemz\u00e9st, p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul a spermiumkoncentr\u00e1ci\u00f3t \u00e9s a spermiumok mozg\u00e9konys\u00e1g\u00e1t.  <\/p><p><strong>Spermasz\u00e1m:<\/strong> a norm\u00e1l \u00e9rt\u00e9keknek 20 milli\u00f3\/ml felett kell lenni\u00fck. Ha az \u00e9rt\u00e9k ez alatt van, a mint\u00e1t a spermiumok sz\u00e1ma alapj\u00e1n a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151k\u00e9ppen oszt\u00e1lyozz\u00e1k: <\/p><ul><li>M\u00e9rs\u00e9kelt oligospermia: 10 \u00e9s 20 milli\u00f3\/ml k\u00f6z\u00f6tt<\/li><li>S\u00falyos oligozoopermia: 0,1 \u00e9s 10 milli\u00f3\/ml k\u00f6z\u00f6tt<\/li><li>Kriptozoospermia: kevesebb mint 0,1 milli\u00f3\/ml<\/li><li>Azoospermia: nincs sperma az ejakul\u00e1tumban<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Motilit\u00e1s: <\/strong>a motilit\u00e1s a minta mikroszk\u00f3pon kereszt\u00fcl t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 megfigyel\u00e9s\u00e9n alapul, \u00e9s a motilit\u00e1snak k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 t\u00edpusai vannak:<\/p><ul><li>a) Kiv\u00e1l\u00f3 oszt\u00e1ly. Gyors, egyenes vonal\u00fa p\u00e1ly\u00e1kat le\u00edr\u00f3 mozg\u00e1sok (szint\u00e9n &#8222;+++&#8221; besorol\u00e1s\u00fa).  <\/li><li>b) m\u00e9rs\u00e9kelt oszt\u00e1ly. M\u00e9rs\u00e9kelt progressz\u00edv sebess\u00e9g egyenes p\u00e1ly\u00e1kkal (szint\u00e9n &#8222;++&#8221; besorol\u00e1s\u00fa).  <\/li><li>c) Nem progressz\u00edv sebess\u00e9g, kev\u00e9s egyenes vonal\u00fa p\u00e1ly\u00e1val vagy an\u00e9lk\u00fcl (szint\u00e9n &#8222;++&#8221; besorol\u00e1s\u00fa) vagy spermiummozg\u00e1s kev\u00e9s elmozdul\u00e1ssal vagy an\u00e9lk\u00fcl (szint\u00e9n &#8222;+&#8221; besorol\u00e1s\u00fa).  <\/li><li>d) A motilit\u00e1s hi\u00e1nya<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>\u00c9letk\u00e9pess\u00e9g vagy \u00e9letk\u00e9pess\u00e9g: az<\/strong> \u00e9letk\u00e9pess\u00e9g lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszi, hogy megismerj\u00fck az \u00e9l\u0151 spermiumok sz\u00e1m\u00e1t, m\u00e9g akkor is, ha azok nem mozognak. Az elhalt spermiumok fest\u00e9s\u00e9re fest\u00e9ket haszn\u00e1lnak. Ha az \u00e9rt\u00e9k kevesebb, mint 60%, akkor nekrozoospermi\u00e1s mint\u00e1nak nevezz\u00fck.  <\/p><p><strong>Morfol\u00f3gia:<\/strong> Ez a spermiumok alakj\u00e1nak tanulm\u00e1nyoz\u00e1sa. A szigor\u00fa Tygerberg-krit\u00e9riumok alapj\u00e1n t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik, amelyek szerint egy minta morfol\u00f3giailag norm\u00e1lisnak tekinthet\u0151, ha a norm\u00e1lis spermiumok sz\u00e1ma legal\u00e1bb 4%. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-85565d6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"85565d6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Spermak\u00e9pz\u00e9s mesters\u00e9ges megterm\u00e9keny\u00edt\u00e9shez<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-81428fb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"81428fb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A k\u00e9pz\u00e9s az assziszt\u00e1lt reprodukci\u00f3, pontosabban a mesters\u00e9ges megterm\u00e9keny\u00edt\u00e9s sor\u00e1n a szeminogramban elv\u00e9gzend\u0151 alapvet\u0151 folyamat.<\/p><p>Ez az a <b>folyamat<\/b>, amelynek sor\u00e1n az ond\u00f3folyad\u00e9kot elv\u00e1lasztj\u00e1k a spermiumokt\u00f3l. Ez egy olyan folyamat, amely<b>&#8222;in vivo<\/b>&#8221; t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik. A laborat\u00f3riumban ez a technika lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszi, hogy elk\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00edts\u00fck az ond\u00f3folyad\u00e9kot \u00e9s a j\u00f3 min\u0151s\u00e9g\u0171 spermiumokat a rossz min\u0151s\u00e9g\u0171 spermiumokt\u00f3l. Ez egy szelekci\u00f3s folyamat.
