donna) la tranquillit\u00e0 di poter godere di un processo di gestazione paragonabile a quello di chi non richiede metodi di riproduzione prevede la deposizione di sperma nell&#8217;utero. Lo sperma viene trattato in laboratorio. Viene &#8220;lavato&#8221; o capacitato per separare gli spermatozoi dal liquido seminale e recuperare il maggior numero possibile di spermatozoi mobili. L&#8217;inseminazione artificiale viene effettuata attraverso la cervice nello studio medico utilizzando una cannula molto sottile. Richiede solo pochi minuti.  <\/p>\n<p>Per realizzare un&#8217;inseminazione artificiale di successo, le tube devono essere permeabili e non ostruite. In entrambi i casi, l&#8217;obiettivo \u00e8 controllare il ciclo mestruale della donna, in modo che lo sperma venga depositato nell&#8217;utero al momento del rilascio dell&#8217;ovulo, in un momento vicino all&#8217;ovulazione. Esistono, invece, procedure pi\u00f9 complesse con maggiori possibilit\u00e0 di successo, che vengono utilizzate in circostanze gestazionali pi\u00f9 difficili, come la fecondazione in vitro e wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Questo metodo viene utilizzato <strong>quando lo sperma della coppia \u00e8 adatto alla procreazione<\/strong>, ma c&#8217;\u00e8 qualche problema fisiologico, sia per la donna che per l&#8217;uomo, <strong>che rende impossibile la gestazione attraverso il rapporto sessuale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Le cause che possono indurre a ricorrere alla STI sono le seguenti:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complicazioni per il deposito di sperma nella vagina.<\/li>\n<li>Infertilit\u00e0 di origine cervicale, dovuta a cause genetiche, derivata da disfunzioni ovulatorie o senza causa apparente.<\/li>\n<li>Alterazioni del seminogramma.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per quanto riguarda il processo della STI, le fasi del trattamento sono le seguenti:<\/p>\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<ol>\n<li>Controllo e stimolazione dell&#8217;ovulazione (ciclo mestruale spontaneo o provocato).<\/li>\n<li>Decisione sul momento dell&#8217;inseminazione.<\/li>\n<li>Prelievo (tramite masturbazione) di sperma e preparazione dello stesso.<\/li>\n<li>Inseminazione.<\/li>\n<li>Supporto alla fase luteale.<\/li>\n<li>Comunicazione della diagnosi di gravidanza (due settimane dopo l&#8217;inseminazione).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"container vc_container \">\n<div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\">\n<div Pertanto, i principali beneficiari dell&#8217;AID sono le coppie infertili, le coppie omosessuali e le madri single. <\/p>\n<p>A parte la modifica apportata alla raccolta del seme, il resto delle fasi del processo di inseminazione artificiale coincide con quelle dell&#8217;AIH. I donatori provengono dalla nostra banca del seme e lavoriamo anche con banche del seme che collaborano con noi nel caso in cui abbiamo bisogno di un fenotipo speciale che non abbiamo in quel momento. I donatori di sperma vengono selezionati in modo molto rigoroso; i campioni di sperma vengono sottoposti a controlli di qualit\u00e0 molto esigenti e i donatori vengono studiati in modo approfondito. \u00c8 particolarmente importante ricordare che in Spagna il donatore di sperma \u00e8 totalmente anonimo, quindi n\u00e9 il paziente n\u00e9 il donatore potranno mai conoscere l&#8217;identit\u00e0 dell&#8217;altro.   <\/p>\n<p>Nel caso di un trattamento di inseminazione con sperma di donatore in un ospedale pubblico, possiamo inviare il campione il giorno indicato. Ci sono ospedali pubblici, come l&#8217;Hospital de la Marina Alta di Denia (Marina Salud) o l&#8217;Hospital Comarcal di Gand\u00eda (Francesc de Borja), che non dispongono di una banca del seme e devono ricorrere a una banca esterna come la nostra.
