fadeInUp wpb_start_animation animated\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Con l&#8217;induzione dell&#8217;ovulazione si ottiene il controllo dell&#8217;ovulazione e il reclutamento di pi\u00f9 follicoli, cio\u00e8 si ottiene un numero maggiore di ovuli rispetto a un normale ciclo mestruale, in modo da ottenere un numero adeguato di embrioni, aumentando cos\u00ec la possibilit\u00e0 di gestazione. Durante questo processo, che normalmente dura da una settimana a dieci giorni, vengono somministrati ormoni che permettono la crescita di un maggior numero di ovuli. Viene somministrato 36 ore prima del prelievo degli ovociti. Il prelievo degli ovociti viene effettuato in sala operatoria sotto sedazione, utilizzando un ago speciale che raccoglie il liquido presente nei follicoli, che a loro volta contengono gli ovuli, attraverso la vagina. In laboratorio gli ovuli verranno separati da questo liquido e messi in un terreno di coltura in un&#8217;incubatrice. In una piastra di coltura vengono preparate diverse microgocce in cui viene inserita una concentrazione adeguata di spermatozoi. In seguito, inseriamo un ovulo in ognuna di queste microgocce e in questo modo, in poche ore, uno degli spermatozoi penetrer\u00e0 nell&#8217;ovulo, producendo la fecondazione o fecondazione (questa \u00e8 la <strong>fecondazione in vitro<\/strong>).
