gescreend (medisch, genetisch en psychologisch). Ook uiterlijk en bloedgroep worden meegewogen, om een maximale gelijkenis met het ontvangende koppel te benaderen.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>2.Synchronisatie van donor en ontvanger<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De cyclus van de donor wordt afgestemd op die van de ontvanger. De donor krijgt hormonen toegediend om meerdere eicellen te laten rijpen, terwijl de ontvanger een hormoonvervangende behandeling volgt ter voorbereiding van haar baarmoederslijmvlies.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>3.Eicelpunctie en bevruchting<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De eicellen worden via een punctie verkregen en op dezelfde dag bevrucht met het sperma van de partner of donor. Afhankelijk van de spermakwaliteit wordt gekozen voor standaard IVF of ICSI (intracytoplasmatische sperma-injectie).<\/span><\/p><p><br \/><strong>4.Embryokweek en terugplaatsing<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De embryo\u2019s worden vijf tot zes dagen gekweekt tot het blastocyststadium. Vervolgens wordt het beste embryo geselecteerd en in de baarmoeder geplaatst.
