style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ook wel <\/span><b>spermiogram<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> genoemd, is het belangrijkste onderzoek om de vruchtbaarheid van de man te beoordelen. Het is een uitgebreide analyse van een zaadmonster, waarbij zowel de kwaliteit als de functie van het sperma wordt onderzocht. Een hogere pH heeft doorgaans geen negatieve invloed.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Volume:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Normaal:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &gt; 2 ml<\/span><\/li><li><b>Afwijkingen:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Minder dan 2 ml wijst op <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">hypospermie<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Dit kan te maken hebben met een obstructie van de zaadleiders, retrograde ejaculatie (droog orgasme), of infecties.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Vervloeiing <b>(liquefactie)<\/b>:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sperma is direct na ejaculatie meestal stroperig of gestold en moet binnen 20\u201330 minuten vloeibaar worden.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als dit niet gebeurt, kan dat duiden op een prostaatstoornis.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Viscositeit:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Normaal:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Iets stroperiger dan water<\/span><\/li><li><b>Afwijkingen:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Overmatige stroperigheid kan de uitslag van andere parameters be\u00efnvloeden, zoals beweeglijkheid en concentratie, maar is op zich geen oorzaak van onvruchtbaarheid.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Zaadcellentelling:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Normaal:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &gt; 0,1 miljoen\/ml<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Azo\u00f6spermie:<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Geen zaadcellen aanwezig<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Beweeglijkheid <b>(motiliteit)<\/b>:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De beweeglijkheid wordt beoordeeld in vier categorie\u00ebn:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Type A:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Snel en progressief, in rechte lijnen (+++)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Type B:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Langzaam en progressief, in rechte lijnen (++)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Type C:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Zwakke of ongeco\u00f6rdineerde beweging (+ of ++)<\/span><\/li><li><b>Type D:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Geen beweging (onbeweeglijk)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><strong><b>Vitaliteit (leefbaarheid)<\/b>:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Geeft het percentage levende zaadcellen aan, ook als ze niet bewegen.<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Normaal:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &gt; Dit simuleert het natuurlijke selectieproces dat normaal gesproken in het vrouwelijk voortplantingskanaal plaatsvindt.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De test laat ons
