spermier deponeras i livmodern. Spermierna behandlas i laboratoriet. De &#8221;tv\u00e4ttas&#8221; eller kapaciteras f\u00f6r att separera spermierna fr\u00e5n s\u00e4desv\u00e4tskan och f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 fram s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga r\u00f6rliga spermier som m\u00f6jligt. Artificiell insemination utf\u00f6rs genom livmoderhalsen p\u00e5 l\u00e4karmottagningen med hj\u00e4lp av en mycket fin kanyl. Det tar bara n\u00e5gra minuter.  <\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r att kunna genomf\u00f6ra en lyckad artificiell insemination m\u00e5ste r\u00f6ren vara genomtr\u00e4ngliga och inte blockerade. I b\u00e5da fallen \u00e4r syftet att kontrollera kvinnans menstruationscykel s\u00e5 att spermierna deponeras i livmodern n\u00e4r \u00e4gget frig\u00f6rs, vid en tidpunkt som ligger n\u00e4ra \u00e4gglossningen. Det finns \u00e5 andra sidan mer komplicerade metoder med \u00e4nnu st\u00f6rre chans att lyckas, som anv\u00e4nds vid sv\u00e5rare graviditetsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden, t.ex. provr\u00f6rsbefruktning fysiologiskt problem, b\u00e5de hos kvinnan och mannen, som g\u00f6r det <strong>om\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r en graviditet att \u00e4ga rum genom samlag<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Orsaker som kan leda till att TSD:n \u00e5beropas \u00e4r bland annat f\u00f6ljande:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Komplikationer f\u00f6r spermaavs\u00e4ttning i slidan.<\/li>\n<li>Infertilitet av cervikalt ursprung, p\u00e5 grund av genetiska orsaker, som h\u00e4rr\u00f6r fr\u00e5n ovulatoriska dysfunktioner eller utan uppenbar orsak.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar i seminogram.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>N\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller TSD-processen Donatorerna kommer fr\u00e5n v\u00e5r egen spermabank, och vi samarbetar ocks\u00e5 med andra spermabanker om vi beh\u00f6ver en speciell fenotyp som vi inte har f\u00f6r tillf\u00e4llet. Spermadonatorerna v\u00e4ljs ut p\u00e5 ett mycket rigor\u00f6st s\u00e4tt; spermaproverna genomg\u00e5r mycket kr\u00e4vande kvalitetskontroller och donatorerna studeras ing\u00e5ende. Det \u00e4r s\u00e4rskilt viktigt att komma ih\u00e5g att spermiedonatorn \u00e4r helt anonym i Spanien, s\u00e5 varken patienten eller donatorn kan n\u00e5gonsin f\u00e5 reda p\u00e5 den andres identitet.   <\/p>\n<p>Vid inseminationsbehandling med donatorsperma p\u00e5 ett offentligt sjukhus kan vi skicka provet p\u00e5 den angivna dagen. Det finns offentliga sjukhus, t.ex. Hospital de la Marina Alta i Denia (Marina Salud) eller Hospital Comarcal de Gand\u00eda (Francesc de Borja), som inte har n\u00e5gon spermabank utan m\u00e5ste anlita en extern bank, t.ex. v\u00e5r.
